Well Halloween is tomorrow and Friday night Allyssa and I and a few other friends went to a YSA dance. It was actually pretty fun! Allyssa and I found these awesome dresses at a vintage store and tried our very best to pull of the 1950's look. I had more fun getting ready for the dance then anything. They played too much techo. I don't know how to dance to that. Give me something I can really dance to people! Not just jump up and down to. I'm told when I move home I will be going swing dancing on Thursdays. So bring it on! Now I just need to find somewhere to use my ballroom dancing skills....

The happenings of my life,
Haven't posted in a while. Here is a fast recap so I don't ramble for paragraphs.
I spilled Diet Coke on my laptop. Luckily all it needed was a new keyboard. Still had to take it into the shop and that wasn't fun. :/
Went to a Real soccer game here in LA. We lost, but Allyssa and I had a good time.
Saw Lord of the Rings in Concert. AMAZING. Seriously. I about died it was so incredible. I'm a nerd like that I know.
I'm missing my family and friends a lot lately. But I'm happy here at the same time.
Life is good. Church is true. Families are forever. I get to teach Sunday School next week and I know its silly to be excited about it, but I love sharing the gospel and learning more myself. I have the best family. And friends. Ever.
The End. Oh and I'm officially in love with the new show Once Upon a Time. Look into it. You'll love it.

My Wedding
I've always been one of those girls. You know the girls that have their weddings planned out including details like flowers and decorations and music and the dress and ring. I have some plans of my own including colors and a dress and food and the most vintage/ modern beautiful wedding ever. But anyway, the other day my mom pulled out this picture.
Yep that's me! I guess I've always been this way. I loved to play dress up and the funny thing is as an adult I still do! I love getting dressed in big pretty dresses and feeling like a princess, or better yet, a bride :) I was on the fashion team for Allyssa's Bridal my junior
year in high school and part of my responsibilities were to model wedding dressed at bridal fairs. I loved wearing those wedding dresses!
I guess I'm just a pretty typical girl who believes in fa
iry tales and prince charming and happily ever after. When the time comes for me to get married I know its not really about the dress and the flowers and the music but about who I choose to marry and where. My prince charming and I sealed in the House of the Lord for time and all eternity. But in the mean time whats the harm in letting a girl have her fantasies? :)
